History

Founded in 1980, The Amberleigh Homeowners’ Association was incorporated in January of 1981. The community is an ideal Fairfax County location to live in for professionals who work in the big city as well as families with small children. It has easy access to Interstates I-95, I-395, I-495 and the Fairfax County Parkway. It is also only a ten-minute walk to Washington’s Metrorail System, and the Virginia Railway Express, providing an easy commute to the Washington area’s major employment centers.

Fun Fact: A boy scout created the nature trail behind the dog park for a merit badge.
