The HOA board typically meets on the last Thursday of the month from 7:00 to 9:00 PM at the Franconia Moose Lodge (Loyal Order of Moose) located at 7701 Beulah Street, Alexandria, VA 22315. Further information can be found on Facebook, Twitter, and the Amberleigh website. The meeting begins with an Owners’ Forum allows residents to provide their input.

Trash Away, 703-339-4560
Trash is picked up every Monday and Thursday morning. Recyclables and yard waste are picked up on Thursday mornings. Recyclables must be in either an approved recycling bin or in a clear garbage bag. Garbage cans, bags, and bins may not be put out before 6pm on the night before pick-up. Following pick-up, garbage cans or bins should be removed by 6pm that evening. Holiday trash and recycling schedule information can be found on American’s website.
Trash pick-up does not include bulk items. Bulk items must be scheduled directly with Trash Away at 703-339-4560 or you can contact John Hughes at 703-965-3928, or at RLHughesandSon@gmail.com, for a fee. Additionally, residents can access the County Dump located at 9850 Furnace Rd, Lorton, VA 22079, during work hours. More information can be found at https://www.fairfaxcounty.gov/.
Noncomplying vehicles are subject to towing without further notice. Vehicle operators have a duty to comply with the Association’s rules. This includes trailers, PODS, and other objects within the common parking area.
If your vehicle (or other items such as a trailer) has been towed, please contact Dominion Towing (http://www.dominiontowing.com/). You will be responsible for any fees incurred.
If you feel your vehicle has been towed in error, you may apply to the Board for relief in writing. Please contact the management for assistance in your request.
The Association, through a contract with the landscaping vendor, will mow front yards seasonally. A member may decline this service by contacting the association in writing.
A member may individually contract with the landscaper (or any other vendor) to mow the rear yard.
If a tree in a common area is dead, fallen, or had one or more of its branches break off, please contact the management company to report it.
Any tree on a homeowner’s property is the responsibility of the homeowner.
