It seems that warm spring weather is here to stay. The season got off to a fabulous start in our community with a wonderful egg hunt run once again by Meg VerStraten. Meg has left her mark by organizing and running this annual event for the past five years; thanks, and well done, Meg! Amberleigh families have enjoyed this fun event which Meg made look effortless but actually involved considerable time and effort to execute. It’s time the torch was passed to others. Please contact Meg, the Board, or CAMP management if you’d like to keep the tradition going or help with other community events.
Warmer weather entices many to get outside more. That means more joggers, runners, cyclists, and dog walkers. As our furry friends get their exercise, please be sure to keep dogs on a leash and to clean up after them. Nothing spoils the look of a neighborhood like pet waste on sidewalks so please be sure to deposit bags of waste in those designated containers in the community.
Want to know more about what’s going on in Amberleigh? Attend the next Homeowners’ Association Board meeting held via Zoom on Thursday, April 29. See the Amberleigh website (www.amberleigh.org) for details. Tune in to listen, learn, and provide feedback to those who lead our community. Working together we make this community a great place to live.
