Don’t Get Towed!
We need your help. This month the association will be spending tens of thousands of dollars on asphalt and concrete work. This work is being funded directly by the dues we all pay each quarter.
In order to complete this work, certain parking areas will be closed to vehicles in order to preform the work safely and to minimize the amount of time an area is closed. Leaving vehicles in closed areas will delay work, create an unsafe work environment, and cost additional dollars.
For these reasons, any vehicle parked in a closed area will be towed by Dominion Towing without further notice without exception. If you are out of town, you will need to make arrangements to have your vehicle moved. Vehicles must be removed from areas scheduled for work before 7 AM.

Noncompliant vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense. If your vehicle is towed, please contact Dominion Towing at 703-339-2400. The minimum tow charge is $130.00 and depending on the size of the vehicle may be as much as $525.00 or higher. If you believe your vehicle was towed in error, you may petition the board for reimbursement. However, the burden of proof is on the owner to prove that the vehicle was towed in error.
